Hi, I’m Dr. Kisha! I’m a Licensed Clinical Psychologist, and I work with teens and adults navigating the challenges of ADHD, anxiety, depression, and low self-esteem. Life can feel overwhelming when your brain and your world aren’t in sync—and being told to “just try harder” rarely helps. That’s where therapy comes in.

In our sessions, my goal isn’t to “fix” you. It’s to understand your unique experiences and help you build a life that actually fits you. Together, we’ll explore your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors, develop strategies that make sense for your life, and help you regain control over areas that feel unmanageable. I provide a safe, non-judgmental space where you can be heard and understood, so growth, balance, and resilience can take root.

Outside the office, I love spending time with my dogs, getting lost in a good book, experimenting with new recipes, and writing. I look forward to connecting with you and supporting your journey toward well-being.
