ALICE SOLIS, MA, LCPC

Alice is the founder and owner of AFS Counseling Services P.C. She is a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC)  with over 10 years of experience in helping individuals improve their mental well-being. She specializes in depression, anxiety, and self-esteem.


Alice provides her clients practical strategies and tools that can be applied to their daily life to manage anxiety, depression, stress, and self esteem issues , and improve relationships.


As an experienced therapist, Alice strives to help individuals achieve the positive changes and also help them gain confidence in overcoming emotional roadblocks in their lives. She also helps her clients gain control over their emotions to live a more fulfilling life.

TRACY DAVIS, LPC

Tracy is a Licensed Professional Counselor and a National Certified Counselor with over 20 years in the mental health field. During her career, Tracy has had the privilege to work with a wide variety of populations in supporting them to successfully develop life management skills, to enhance their quality of life.


Whether you are feeling overwhelmed or ready to gain mastery over and have empowering solutions over your life’s stresses, Tracy is ready to support you through this healing and wellness journey. It is her goal to help you dust off and discover your untapped potential and the buried jewels that are valuable to you.


As a passionate therapist of color, she believes in creating a safe, warm, and trusting environment by showing genuine concern, respect, and empathy for others without being judgmental. She enjoys providing positive influence in the lives of individuals through professional guidance, personal empowerment, and compassion. She utilizes a variety of therapeutic interventions in the area of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution Focused Therapy, Person Centered Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and Psychoeducation.


Tracy helps support individuals struggling with anger management, anxiety, depression, self-esteem, trauma, grief and loss, and relationship difficulties. Together, she will help you with reaching your well-being goals.


Outside of seeing clients, Tracy enjoys reading, writing, bowling, exercising, listening to music, cooking, movies, spa treatments, socializing with friends, traveling, attending conferences, concerts, retreats, museums and theatre plays.

KISHA JENKINS, PHD, NCSP

Dr. Kisha Jenkins is a dually-licensed school and clinical psychologist. She earned her PhD in School Psychology from Loyola University Chicago. Dr. Jenkins currently works within the public school system as an administrator, and previously served as a school psychologist providing psychological services to children, adolescents, and adults presenting with a variety of concerns including Autism, Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), anxiety, depression, and behavioral disorders.


Dr. Jenkins’ areas of specialty include depression, anxiety, stress management, social skills training, behavioral disorders, and ADHD. She adopts a holistic, strengths-based approach to therapy, utilizing Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), behavioral based strategies/interventions, and solution-focused techniques depending on client need and presenting concerns.


Dr. Jenkins focuses on creating an authentic, safe, and empathic collaborative environment for clients and works as a partner in helping clients lead better lives.

ESPERANZA RIVERA, BA

Esperanza is a master’s degree in clinical Mental Health Counseling student. Following her Master’s, Esperanza plans to utilize her degree to focus on becoming a clinical therapist specializing in assisting both teens and young adults, along with opening a drop-in center providing mental health support and resources.


Esperanza’s mission is to education and empower individuals who struggle with managing and providing for their mental health, by normalizing mental health resources and awareness, while also erasing the barriers and stigmatisms surrounding discussions of mental health.


Some of her primary interests include reading, traveling, and volunteer work.
