Crisis Support Resources

Sometimes stress, anxiety, depression, or a difficult situation can become overwhelming. If you or someone you know is in immediate danger or at risk of harming themselves or someone else, help is available right now.

If There Is Immediate Danger

If you are at immediate risk of suicide, homicide, serious injury, or other harm

Call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room.

If you can safely do so, stay with the person who is at risk until emergency help is available.
